Use of the Site
Eligibility and access
By accessing or using BDG Game at bdggameapp.in.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service in full. If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. Users accessing the Site from Jammu & Kashmir, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, or Nagaland should note that certain game-related features may be restricted in those states under local regulations.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may access and use the Site solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server or database associated with the Site; introduce malware, bots, or disruptive code; reverse-engineer any game software or prize-calculation logic; use automated scraping tools; or engage in any activity that violates the Information Technology Act 2000, the IT (Amendment) Act 2008, or any other applicable Indian statute. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, create duplicate accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or misuse payment systems such as PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM UPI to initiate fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
Account responsibilities
If the Site requires you to create an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must provide accurate KYC information as required under applicable Indian guidelines. BDG Game reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities where user activity raises reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraud or other unlawful conduct.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of site content
All content available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, colour schemes, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of BDG Game or its licensed content providers and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957, the Trade Marks Act 1999, and related Indian intellectual property legislation, as well as applicable international treaty provisions. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Site content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Indian law.
Limited licence to users
BDG Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, or create derivative works based on any Site content; sell or sublicense any portion of the Site; mirror the Site on any other server; or remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Site. Any use beyond this narrow licence requires prior written approval from BDG Game.
Trademarks and user submissions
The name "BDG Game", its logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of BDG Game and may not be used without express written permission. If you submit reviews, feedback, screenshots, or other content to the Site, you grant BDG Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Site. You warrant that any such submission does not infringe the copyright, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content, features, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. BDG Game expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from latency issues, particularly during peak traffic periods or scheduled maintenance windows.
Cap on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BDG Game, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site. This exclusion applies whether or not BDG Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall BDG Game's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid to BDG Game in the three months immediately preceding the relevant claim or INR 500, whichever is higher.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BDG Game and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.
